Om Fashion and Silk Custom Tailor offers free tailor hotel pickup in Bangkok from our shop on the first floor of the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel in Bang Rak. We collect you from your hotel, or bring cloth samples and measure you in your room, at no extra cost. Garments are ready in 3 to 5 days and can be shipped if you leave first.

How It Works

Three steps, none of which require you to find us first.

Message us your hotel and a time

WhatsApp is fastest. Tell us where you are staying, how long you are in Bangkok, and roughly what you want made. We will tell you honestly whether it fits your schedule.

We collect you, or we come to you

Either a car brings you to the shop in Bang Rak and back afterwards, or a tailor arrives at your room with cloth samples, a lookbook, and measuring equipment. Both cost nothing.

Fittings on your schedule

Fittings run until 8:30 PM Monday to Saturday and 6:30 PM Sunday, at the shop or your hotel. Finished garments are delivered to your room, or shipped at cost if you have already flown home.

Is hotel pickup really free?

Yes. Pickup, in-room fittings, measuring, and all subsequent fittings are included in the garment price. Nothing is added to your bill afterwards.

Which hotels do you cover?

The Bangkok riverside and central city, including the Royal Orchid Sheraton where we are based, the Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La, Millennium Hilton, and hotels across Silom, Sathorn, and Bang Rak.

Can you measure me in my hotel room?

Yes. We bring cloth samples, a lookbook, and measuring equipment to your room, so you can choose fabric and be measured without leaving the hotel.

How late can you do a fitting?

Monday to Saturday until 8:30 PM and Sunday until 6:30 PM, so evening fittings after sightseeing or meetings are straightforward.

What if I leave Bangkok before the garment is ready?

We finish it and ship internationally at cost. Your measurements stay on file so future orders can be placed remotely.
